Two kinds of light
660nm LEDs you can see as a red glow, and 850nm LEDs you cannot see but feel as gentle warmth where the panel rests.
It goes where you point it
The panel is 7 by 3.6 inches on a 5 by 10 inch wrap, with an elastic bandage strap — flat enough to sit against a knee, an elbow, a shoulder or the small of the back.
A timer that ends the session for you
Set 15, 30 or 45 minutes and it switches itself off. Runs from the included adapter or any USB power bank, so it works on the sofa or away from a socket.
How to use it
1. Strap the wrap over the area with the LED panel flat against you.
2. Plug into the adapter or a power bank and pick a timer setting.
3. Start with 15-minute sessions and let the auto-off do the remembering.

Does it get hot?
Warm, not hot. The 850nm LEDs produce a mild heat you feel through the panel, and the timer caps every session.
Can I run it off a power bank?
Yes. It draws 10W over USB, so any ordinary power bank works.
Where can I wear it?
Anywhere the panel can lie flat and the strap can reach around — shoulders, back, knees, elbows, feet.
How long is a session?
Pick 15, 30 or 45 minutes on the timer. It turns itself off at the end.
