Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — because an item is unavailable, the price was listed incorrectly, or we cannot ship to your address — we will cancel it and refund you in full. We do not charge you for an order we cannot fulfil.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. If a price is displayed incorrectly, we will contact you before charging you and you may cancel.

Delivery

Most orders arrive within 10–20 business days. Some items ship from overseas warehouses, which is what allows us to keep prices where they are. Full detail is on the shipping page, and those terms form part of this agreement.

Returns and refunds

You have thirty days from delivery to return an item. The full terms are on the returns page and form part of this agreement.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative and colours can vary between screens. Where a product has requirements — a particular phone connector, for instance — those are stated on the product page, and it is worth checking them before ordering.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access parts of it you have not been given access to.

Our liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
