Free US shipping

We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Processing and delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Most orders arrive in 10–20 business days from purchase, including processing. The Bluetooth Sleep Mask has an estimated delivery time of 15–25 business days. If a product page gives a different estimate, that estimate applies.

Some products ship directly from overseas suppliers. Delivery dates are estimates and can vary with your location, customs and carrier conditions.

Tracking

We email a tracking number when your order ships. It can take a few days for the first carrier scan to appear.

If your order is delayed

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, email northaven3@gmail.com with your order number. We will refund or replace it, whichever you prefer.
