Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery usually takes 10-20 business days from the date of purchase, including processing and tracked transit.

Most of our products ship directly from our suppliers overseas. That is what lets us keep prices low and shipping free, and it is why delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse would. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier conditions.

A few items ship from further afield and take longer than the usual range. Where that applies, the product page gives its own delivery estimate, and that estimate is the one to go by.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress. Tracking can take a few days to show its first scan after dispatch.

Delays

Occasional delays can occur due to high demand, weather, customs, or carrier issues. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact us and we'll track it down or make it right.
