Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email us at northaven3@gmail.com with your order number and we will send return instructions.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return. We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few additional days for the funds to appear on your statement.

Damaged or faulty items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo and we will replace or refund it immediately. You do not need to return the item.

Orders that have not arrived

Most orders arrive in 10-20 business days. Customs and carrier delays occasionally add a week. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, email us and we will refund or replace it, whichever you prefer.

Return shipping

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not what was described, we cover return shipping. For a change of mind, return postage is yours.
