Which finger should I wear it on?
Index gives the most accurate readings; middle and ring fingers also work. Avoid any finger narrower at the base than at the knuckle.

Can I swim and shower in it?
Yes. It is rated 5ATM and IP68 — showers, swimming and washing up are all fine.

Can I wear it lifting?
Titanium is hard, but a loaded barbell is harder. Take it off for heavy barbell work.
