How to use

2. Put them on and cinch the wrist wrap before your pressing or pulling sets.
3. Adjust the closure until it is snug but not cutting in — then lift as usual.

Will they help my grip on deadlifts?
They protect your hands, but the padding slightly increases bar diameter. For maximal pulls most lifters prefer straps or bare hands with chalk.
