Setting it up safely

Hang from a structural beam or a rated rig mount, never a plasterboard ceiling or a door frame. Keep the hammock under a metre off the floor while you are learning. Check the carabiners and stitching before every session, and keep the mounting distance as short as it will go.

Do I need a ceiling mount?
You need something structural and rated for dynamic load. A pull-up rig or an exposed beam works. Fittings are not included.

Can a beginner use it?
Yes, set low, for supported stretching. Leave inversions until you have someone spotting you.
