Getting the size right

Measure your finger before ordering — ring sizing here does not always match standard charts. Wear it on your index finger for the most accurate readings; middle and ring fingers also work. Avoid any finger narrower at the base than at the knuckle.

QRing, on iOS and Android. Charge the ring first — the heart rate light confirms it has powered up — then pair.

Is this a medical device?
No. It tracks trends in heart rate, oxygen saturation and sleep. It is not a diagnostic tool and should not be used as one.

Can I wear it lifting?
Titanium is hard but a loaded barbell is harder. Take it off for heavy barbell work.
