No, the fingers are open. Palm and wrist coverage only.

Will they help my grip on deadlifts?
They protect your hands, but padding slightly increases bar diameter. For maximal pulls most lifters prefer straps or bare hands with chalk.

Measure around your wrist. If you are between sizes, go up — the closure takes up the slack.
